Our clinic operates Monday through Friday and is closed on weekends. Existing patients attached to our clinic can reach us at 9 am on weekdays for urgent matters and may be scheduled for a same-day appointment. Please note that these appointments are exclusively for urgent concerns. In case your physician is unavailable, another physician at our clinic may attend to you.
For weekend and after-hours care, we highly recommend calling 811 and arranging an appointment at Access 365 after-hours clinic. This ensures seamless continuity of care as your physician will receive prompt updates about your visit.
As a friendly reminder, if you haven’t already, please sign up with Medeo as it can streamline direct communication with your healthcare provider in the future.
Please check with the front desk when you are in clinic to make sure we have your updated email address in our system to ensure effective future communication from your physician.
We also are offering a free eye screening exam for adults available by booking. Please ask your physician or front desk to book a free detailed eye exam.
We are pleased to announce a walk-in physician, Dr. Scott Balyea who can see all walk ins on Wednesdays. Please call the clinic to book an appointment or simply walk in on Wednesday 9am- 3pm to see him.
